Return & Refund Policy
Because of the nature of our products, we do not accept returns of fresh or perishable meats once they have been shipped.
This is necessary for food safety and quality control, and because shipping perishable items back to us is impractical and unsafe.
Eligibility for Refunds or Credits
We will issue a credit or refund only in the following circumstances:
- Product arrived spoiled or spoiled upon delivery due to packaging failure (verified with photos).
- Incorrect items shipped (wrong product or missing items).
To request a credit/refund:
- Contact us at info@oneworldfoods.com or (866) 912-3552 within 48 hours of delivery.
- Provide your order number, delivery date, and photo evidence of the issue.
- We will review your submission and respond within 3 business days.
Approved Credits & Refunds
- Valid claims will receive a store credit or refund (your choice), applied within 5–7 business days after approval.
- Shipping costs will not be refunded unless the issue was our error.
Non-Returnable Items
The following are not eligible for return or refund:
- Perishable meat products that shipped correctly and were delivered intact.
- Products that were mishandled after delivery.
- Canceled orders once shipment is complete.
