Order Processing & Shipment
- Orders are processed within 2 business days of purchase.
- To maintain product quality, we do not ship on weekends and may delay shipments that would overlap with weekends to ensure delivery while products remain fresh.
Shipping Methods & Delivery
- We offer temperature-controlled shipping for all perishable products, using insulated packaging and gel packs to maintain safe product temperatures through transit.
- Estimated delivery times will be shown during checkout.
- Because of the perishable nature of our products, delivery timing is critical. We cannot guarantee specific carrier delivery times but do our best to meet expectations.
Shipping Costs
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your address and package size.
- Orders over a certain amount (if applicable) may qualify for free or discounted shipping—display your threshold here.
Shipping Restrictions
- We do not ship perishable products to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or customs (for international shipments).
Damage During Shipping
- If your order arrives damaged, report the issue within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and product. We will evaluate and assist with a resolution.
